Fast-forward a ton of years, and his great-grandson Régulo, along with his fam, is holding it down at Café Rivense del Chirripó. They set up shop in the chill community of San Juan Norte de Rivas de Pérez Zeledón, in the province of San José, nestled between the badass mountains of Cerro de la Muerte and Cerro Chirripó.
