COSTA RICA VISTA AL Chirripó GESHA NATURAL

Hilario Ureña was the first to introduce coffee farming to his village, fast-forward many, many years later his great-grandson Régulo and his family run Café Rivense del Chirripó. The farm is located in the community of San Juan Norte de Rivas de Pérez Zeledón, in the province of San José; between the mountains of Cerro de la Muerte and Cerro Chirripó.
The coffee they produce and process is Strictly Hard Bean (SHB), 100% Arabica, grown at altitudes from 1,350 m.a.s.l. to 1,650 m.a.s.l. It has a fine balance of body, aroma, and acidity with an excellent fragrance and pleasant chocolaty flavor. All their harvest is dried in the sun. They protect the environment both in cultivation and processing, in such a way that we guarantee preservation for future generations.
