Many farmers moved away from growing bourbon seed stock because of its low yield and susceptibility to big coffee diseases. But Edy Sosa is an expert farmer who cultivates his stock with care, and knows that cup of coffee is it is totally worth it. Sosa’s coffee plants are shaded with diverse fruit trees such as pacae and pisonay. At the farm, he grows different vegetables to make a more rich and diverse soil.
