Gabriel Castaño Buendía

Gabriel Castaño Buendía is known as Huila's "godfather" of Pink Bourbon - he was the first to plant the variety, which wasn't well known at the time. He went on to selflessly share his starters and knowledge with a number of his peers, spreading the Pink Bourbon love world-side.
Gabriel and his family currently have 8,000 trees sown, all Pink Bourbón.
