The story of Martha Lícida Vásquez is one of perseverance, family, and consistency. From humble beginnings helping her parents with farm work and selling homemade products as a young girl, she built a life dedicated to coffee - transforming hard work into opportunities for future generations.

During the 2025–2026 harvest, Martha continued strengthening the legacy she has built over decades of coffee production. Her focus remains on producing consistent specialty coffees while maintaining the soil health
and sustainable farming practices that have become the foundation of Finca San José del Pito. Working alongside her family, she continues passing on the values of discipline, dedication, and quality to the next generation.

    Party with us Monday thru Friday 8am-2pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am-3pm in Woodstock, Vermont. We offer a full coffee menu with seasonally changing signature drinks, house made syrups, liége waffles, and canelés.
