Las Flores

Finca Las Flores, a badass 14.5-hectare farm in San Isidro, Acevedo, Huila department, was started back in 1990 by the Ayure fam with 18,000 coffee trees. They kept grindin', and before you knew it, they had a whopping 90,000 coffee trees poppin' up! With their son, Johan, onboard, they started tweakin' their production and post-harvest game. Today, Finca Las Flores is the spot for all kinds of unique varieties, like Pink Bourbon, Tabi, Java, Maracaturra, and some crazy exotic ones too, like Wush Wush and Bourbon Citron.

    Party with us every weekend, Friday - Sunday in Woodstock, Vermont. We offer a full coffee menu with seasonally changing signature drinks, house made syrups, liége waffles, and canelés.
